- Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps : CL-CLC Series
CL
SERIES
Pumps with open impeller with 3 reversed
blades, to minimize the shaking of the products.
They are therefore especially fitted to
transfer creams, ice-creams, milk and wine.
The wide ports allow the through flow of
muddy products with suspended particles.
In polished AISI 316 stainless steel, they
have no recessed cavities, which are difficult
to reach when cleaning. After having disconnected
the inlet and outlet pipes, the front scroll
can be disassembled by manually loosening
the locking clamp. They can have a 2 or
4 pole drive. Connections according to DIN
11851 norms.
CLC
SERIES
Pumps with closed impeller with six reversed
blades, able to optimize the hydraulic efficiency.
They are therefore especially fitted to
transfer liquids at medium-high pressures
for feeding filters; pasteurizers, coolers,
C.I.P. systems. In polished AISI 316 stainless
steel, they have no recessed cavities, which
are difficult to reach when cleaning. After
disconnecting the inlet and outlet pipes,
the front scroll can be disassembled by
manually loosening the locking clamp. Connections
according to DIN 11851 norms. |

Sanitary
Centrifugal Screw Pumps : CR Series
Delicate handling without clogging.
The pumps series CR have been designed
and manufactured in order to allow extremely
low flow velocities of the liquids and joined
to the particular screw impeller shape they
determine a delicate and integral handling.
They combine the properties of a centrifugal
pump with the delicacy of a positive displacement
pump.
This enables to involve high consistency
material with presence of solids.
Designed and manufactured to ensure the
elimination of
stagnation zone
Chemical polishing treatment.
Deliveries from 0 to 140-150m3/hr with heads
up to 20m.
Thanks to the clamp sealing of the casing
the pumps are
easily disassembled for
inspection, cleaning and
maintenance purposes;
the delivery port can also be
turned in all directions.
For particularly aggressive environments
the CR pumps
can be manufactured in
the following materials on
request:
Sanicro 28 (1.4563)
Duplex Saf 2507 (1.4410)
Hastelloy C276

Sanitary
Centrifugal Pumps : CS Series
The pumps serial CS are centrifugal pumps
specifically designed for the foodstuff,
pharmaceutical, chemical and water treatment
industries.
Modular components
Parts in contact with the fluid are manufactured
in
stainless steel type
CF-3M/AISI 316L.
Lost-wax casting and electro-chemical polishing
ensure
perfect surface finishing
levels.
On request special finishing with Ra up
to 0.5 micron can
be obtained.
Designed and manufactured to ensure the
elimination of
stagnation zones and
ideal for CIP cleaning cycles.
Chemical polishing treatment
Deliveries from 0-300m3/h with heads up
to 100m; ideal
performance and low NSH
values.
Thanks to the clamp sealing of the casing
the pumps are
easily disassembled for
inspection, cleaning and
maintenance purposes;
the delivery port can also be
turned in all directions.
For particularly aggressive environments
the CS pumps
can be manufactured in
the following materials on
request:
Sanicro 28 (1.4563)
Duplex Saf 2507 (1.4410)

Industrial
Centrifugal Pumps : CV Series
DUTIES
Centrifugal pumps suitable for higher heads
(between 40 and 80m), can be employed in
those branches where the cleaning of the
pump after every operation is not required,
or where the total absence of recessed cavities
is not necessary. They are widely used in
wineries and chemical industries, in water
treatment and in the feeding and filtering
of C.I.P. systems.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
In very thick cast sheet steel, they are
remarkably sturdy and make the costs of
those installations very interesting, where
hygiene is not a big problem. In order to
be able to operate with heads between 40
and 80m, mostly of them (with the only exception
of the 3 biggest models) are multistage,
with 2-3 or 4 impellers. They are made in
stainless steel with impellers in stainless
steel or RILSAN. In the close coupled version,
the impellers are directly born by the electric
motor shaft. Upon request the motor can
be protected by a stainless steel cover.
Connections according to DIN 11851 norms.

Double-Acting
Air-Operated Piston Pumps
The CSF air-operated piston pumps are available
in different executions, both for what regards
constructive features, materials and the
different uses they are meant to. They have
been designed to satisfy the most different
requirements of pumping products also with
extremely high viscosities. They have been
specially designed to transfer, feed, convey,
spray, for circulation plants and for whichever
equipment, where an adjustable delivery
is required.
Thanks to the compressed air motor, they
are also suitable in ex-proof environments.
Heads vary from 0 to 150 bar and deliveries
from 1 to 80 l/min. They are made by a compressed
air motor, which in its alternated movement
gives the pumping shaft the power necessary
to move the product from suction to outlet.
Sealing parts and pumping elements are available
in a wide range of materials and stages,
projected and tested to carry out different
performances. The structure may be in stainless
steel ASIS 316 where necessary otherwise
it is in carbon steel. |
